DELIVERY METHODS - Air or Ground in 48 states, air for Alaska & Hawaii. Some rural areas are subject to delivery delays per the terms and conditions of our shippers (UPS,FedEx, USPS.)

APO/FPO ADDRESSES: We now ship to APO/FPO boxes with exact address matches. There is a $20 processing fee on APO/FPO orders for these shipments.

Credit Card orders ship TO AN ADDRESS ON FILE WITH THE CREDIT CARD ISSUER. Some credit card issuers will allow you to temporarily add another shipping address to your account; please contact your card issuer prior to ordering if you would like to use this option. If they add a temporary "ship to" address on to your account please note this on your order form so we can verify the new address and process your order quickly.
Our PAYPAL mailing address is sales@tapedata.com Please log in to your PayPal account to send payment after placing your order with us; PayPal does not automatically get charged when you send your order in our store. IMPORTANT: All PayPal transactions require a U.S. billing and shipping address; orders that do not have a U.S. address require prepayment via wire transfer. Please contact us after placing your order for wire transfer instructions. Wire transfers have a $30 fee.

SHIPPING CHARGES - FREE GROUND for all orders of eco-stor tapes. All other items billed automatically and then handling charges added before checkout. Next Day Air Saver and 2nd Day Air rates are calculated automatically. All shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to invoices. On rare occasions, the shipping calculator goes down and freight charges are left off of the order; in this case the freight charge will be calculated after the order is received and e-mailed to you for an OK prior to shipment.

SALES TAX - California shipments will be taxed at the tax rate of the delivery location unless valid reseller permit is provided.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / GUARANTEES(RMA) - Returns are available up to 30 days from the date of your purchase on unopened products. All returns must be preapproved by tapedata.com and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are made with the same method used for payment. Please email us at returns@tapedata.com regarding any returned products.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS do not have a restocking charge but must also be preapproved by tapedata.com. Tapedata.com's liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to the return of goods sold and refund of purchase price.
